Ball Corporation, Red Bull and Rauch North America broke ground on a USD 1.5 billion can manufacturing and distribution facility in Concord, North Carolina, able to produce up to 3 billion cans a year for Red Bull, with operations expected from 2028.
Rauch North America and The Boston Beer Company updated their production agreement, with Boston Beer paying Rauch USD 26 million by December 23, 2024 to settle contract terms. The changes give Boston Beer more flexibility and better exit options.
Red Bull and Rauch North America announced in early July 2021 plans for a 2 million-square-foot beverage manufacturing site in Concord, North Carolina, adding 413 jobs and investing $740 million by 2027.
