Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT) has completed its acquisition of Munters FoodTech Equipment, which sells Aerotech, Euroemme and Reventa branded products. The deal adds approximately 400 employees to GPT.

Grain & Protein Technologies signed an agreement on February 9, 2025, to acquire the FoodTech Equipment business of Munters Group for SEK 1.1 billion, including production facilities in Italy, Germany, China, and the US.
