Samvardhana Motherson Global Carriers Limited

Motherson has signed a joint venture with Sanko Japan to produce sustainable plastic materials handling products including pallets, dolly carts and bulk containers for India and Europe. Motherson holds 51% and Sanko 49%.

Samvardhana Motherson Global Carriers Limited and SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V. approved joint venture agreements with Sanko Co. Ltd. to provide sustainable material handling solutions in India and Europe. JV-A will be incorporated in India with SMGCL holding 51% and Sanko 49%; JV-B will be incorporated in Hungary with SAHN BV holding 51% and Sanko 49%.
