SB Packagings and Constantia Flexibles have finalised their joint venture after CCI approval, under which SB Packagings acquires C-Flex India entities (Creative Polypack, Aparna Paper, Vibgyor, Parikh Flexibles) in a share swap, with Premji Invest as shareholder.
