Toromont Industries Ltd. acquired a 60% ownership of AVL Manufacturing Inc., a leader in design and fabrication of power generation and storage enclosures based in Hamilton, Ontario. The purchase price is paid in cash and shares, with a commitment to purchase the remaining 40% by 2031.
