Relife Group acquired Scatolificio Deles Spa and its subsidiary Ondulati Menegazzi in October 2023, expanding its corrugated board business in Italy. The deals are expected to lift Relife Paper Packaging capacity to almost 315 million m² of corrugated products next year.

Italian infrastructure fund manager F2i Sgr agreed to acquire a 70% majority stake in ReLife, a Genoa-based recycler of paper and plastic packaging, with the founders keeping 30%. ReLife has about 580 employees and 35 plants in northern and central Italy, with expected 2021 revenue of about EUR 250 million.
