Transformers and Rectifiers (India) secured orders worth Rs. 362 crore for Extra High Voltage power transformers from multiple customers including Power Grid Corporation of India, Megha Engineering, KEC International, and others. Delivery is scheduled by the next financial year, announced on 1 February 2025.

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd won a ~Rs 25,000 crore order for the Bhadla-Fatehpur HVDC project to evacuate 6 GW of renewable energy from Rajasthan to North India. The project SPV was transferred to AESL on January 20, 2025, and will be commissioned in 4.5 years.
