Edge Autonomy

Redwire Corporation has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Edge Autonomy, a provider of uncrewed airborne systems, for $925 million on a debt-free, cash-free basis. The consideration includes $150 million in cash and $775 million in Redwire common stock.
