Brooks Instrument opened a 57,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Penang, its fourth global production site, to make GF100 mass flow controllers for semiconductor customers.
Brooks Instrument has opened a new manufacturing, engineering and service center in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, Korea, to produce mass flow controllers for semiconductor manufacturing. The company says the move raises its global production capacity by close to 30 percent once at full scale.
