Vescom acquires Raymakers velvet production activities
Vescom Groep B.V. has acquired the activities of Koninklijke Nederlandse Textielfabrieken J.A. Raymakers & Co. B.V., a velvet producer that filed for bankruptcy in October 2024. Velvet production will continue at Gemert and Helmond under the new company Vescom Velvets B.V.
