Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group BV, a subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd., agreed to acquire Brazil-based automotive supplier Baldi Industria E Comercio Ltda for $7.8 million. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 of fiscal year 2025/26.
