Texan Cement

Texan Cement is shifting its operation at the Port of Brownsville from a regional distribution center to a production facility capable of making 400,000 tons annually of Portland cement. The $42 million investment includes bulk handling equipment and increased storage capacity, creating over 70 jobs.
