Tillotson acquires PVL ignition systems maker in Cadolzburg, Germany
Tillotson acquired all assets of PVL Probosch-Vogt-Loos Electronic and Elektrotechnik, a German maker of small engine ignition systems, which will continue operating in Cadolzburg through a new subsidiary.
