Hongda High-Tech (002144) announced a plan to invest approximately 20 billion yuan in two modules: upgrading existing facilities into smart factories for automotive interior fabrics, functional apparel fabrics, and carbon fiber composites, and building a new smart factory and commercial complex on 90 mu of land in Haining, Zhejiang.
