Paragon Water Systems

Triwater Holdings, an Edgewater portfolio company, completed the acquisition of Paragon Water Systems, a point-of-use water filtration products manufacturer with facilities in the U.S. and China.

Edgewater Growth Capital Partners sold its portfolio company Paragon Water Systems (TWH Filtration Industries) to a subsidiary of Culligan International Company.
