Trioworld to acquire Dutch packaging film maker Flexoplast from Clondalkin
Trioworld Group signed an agreement to acquire Flexoplast, a Dutch producer of polyethylene food, beverage and industrial packaging films, from the Clondalkin Group. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals; no price was disclosed.
