Bahariye Mensucat

Altınyıldız, a Boyner Group company and one of Europe's largest integrated wool fabric producers, has acquired Bahariye Mensucat, a long-established textile firm. The deal aims to strengthen Altınyıldız's global market presence and is expected to increase its fabric sales volume to 6 million meters annually, with an additional 1 million meters in the first year.

Altınyıldız, operating under Boyner Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bahariye Mensucat covering all fabric production and sales processes. The partnership aims to increase export capacity, with Altınyıldız targeting 1 million meters of additional fabric sales in the first year.
