Hefei Shixi GigaDevice Smart Business Investment Fund

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. plans to acquire approximately 38.07% of Suzhou Saixun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for about 316 million yuan in cash, as part of a consortium acquiring 70% of Suzhou Saixun. Suzhou Saixun specializes in analog chips including lithium battery protection and power management chips.
