SK Capital has completed its acquisition of the North America Composites & Fuel Containment Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation. The business has been renamed Axillon Aerospace and is a provider of engineered carbon fiber composite components and fuel containment solutions for defense and commercial aerospace markets.
