Berlin Packaging acquires Greek glass packager Elias Valavanis S.A.
Berlin Packaging announced the acquisition of Elias Valavanis S.A., a glass packaging supplier based in Larissa, Greece with operations in Bulgaria and Romania. Terms were not disclosed and all employees and locations will be retained.
