Walsin to build stainless steel wire rod plant in Indonesia
Walsin's board resolved to increase capital of its Singapore subsidiary by $9.15 million to build a stainless steel wire rod plant in Morowali Industrial Park, Indonesia. The plant will produce 300-series stainless steel wire rods with an annual capacity of 300,000 mt, expected to be completed in Q2 2026 and start mass production in H1 2027.
