Caddick Construction completed a multimillion-pound design and build expansion of Alpla's Warrington manufacturing facility in Golborne, including a bridge link and a warehouse extension to its logistics hub, announced 31 May 2022.
Caddick Construction has been appointed to deliver a 14,500 sq m factory extension for Smurfit Kappa at Mold Business Park in Flintshire, North Wales, part of a €40 million investment, with completion expected in summer 2022.
Smurfit Kappa is expanding its Mold Business Park plant in Flintshire with a 14,500 sq m extension, part of a EUR 40 million investment, to become the largest integrated corrugated plant in the UK. Caddick Construction was awarded the build, due for completion in summer 2022.
