K-Way S.p.A.

Permira, through its fund Permira Growth Opportunities II, will acquire approximately 40% of K-Way S.p.A. from BasicNet S.p.A. for an enterprise value of €505 million. BasicNet will retain a majority stake of about 60% and provide a €65 million vendor loan.
