Special Packaging Solutions completes takeover of Guala Closures
Special Packaging Solutions Investments completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Italian closures maker Guala Closures on June 7, 2021, after a mandatory takeover bid. The original offer was valued at about EUR 300 million.
