Calumet Montana Renewables receives $1.44B DOE loan for SAF expansion
The U.S. Department of Energy conditionally committed to a $1.44 billion loan guarantee for Calumet Montana's expansion of its Montana Renewables facility in Great Falls, Montana, to increase sustainable aviation fuel production from 140 million to about 315 million gallons annually. The expansion is expected to create 450 construction jobs and 40 operations jobs.
