Randoncorp

Randoncorp inaugurated a new Castertech foundry and technology unit in Mogi Guaçu, São Paulo, with an initial investment of about R$130 million. The plant has a built area of 10,000 m² and capacity to produce over 22,000 tons per year and 350,000 brake drums annually.

Master Freios, a joint venture of Randoncorp and Cummins, agreed to acquire European Braking Systems Ltd, a UK supplier of air brake parts, for approximately GBP 56 million. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.

Master Freios, a joint venture of Randoncorp and Cummins Group, is acquiring control of UK-based EBS Group, a leader in commercial vehicle brake systems, for approximately £56 million. The deal aims to expand Master Freios' aftermarket presence in Europe and Asia.

Master Europe Automotive Systems Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Randoncorp, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of EBS Aftermarket Group Limited, a distributor of braking systems and auto parts for commercial vehicles in Europe, for £56 million.
