Poly Medicure Ltd.

Poly Medicure Ltd has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Medistream SA (Citieffe Group), an Italy-based orthopaedic trauma and extremities manufacturer, for an enterprise value of ₹324 crore (EUR 31 million).

Poly Medicure Ltd acquired a 90% stake in Netherlands-based PendraCare Group from Wellinq Holdings BV at an enterprise value of ₹188.5 crore (€18.3 million). The balance 10% will be acquired in 2030.

Poly Medicure will spend ₹500 crore on capex over 18-24 months for three new manufacturing facilities in Faridabad, Haridwar and Jaipur, targeting operationalisation by 2026 for global market expansion.

Indian medical device manufacturer Poly Medicure Ltd. plans to invest over ₹500 crore (approx. $60 million) to expand manufacturing capacity, set up three new plants in India, and pursue strategic acquisitions targeting cardiology, critical care, and renal care markets.
