Atlas Copco agreed to acquire Arpuma, a specialized vacuum systems and solutions provider with 14 employees based in Kerpen near Cologne, Germany, serving the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. The purchase price was not disclosed. The deal was expected to close in late Q2 2021.
