Enterprise Group, Inc. signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Flex Leasing Power and Service ULC (FlexEnergy Canada) from Flex Leasing Power and Service LLC for a purchase price of Cdn$20 million, becoming the exclusive supplier for FlexEnergy turbines in Canada.

Enterprise Group's subsidiary Evolution Power Projects signed a five-year exclusive agreement with FlexEnergy Solutions to supply turbine and microturbine power generation equipment for temporary power needs in Alberta and British Columbia.
