Forkardt Hardinge

Forkardt Hardinge acquired ATS Systems, a supplier of machine tool accessories including workholding, coolant management, and bar feeders. The acquisition expands Forkardt Hardinge's product portfolio in the machine tool accessory market.

Hardinge Inc. completed the sale of its global machining and workholding businesses to affiliates of Centre Lane Partners under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The businesses will operate as Kellenberger (machining) and Forkardt Hardinge (workholding).
