Hualu Company and Sixth Company of China National Chemical Corporation jointly signed an EPCC general contract with Vietnam Fumei Plastics Co., Ltd. for a 300,000 ton propane dehydrogenation to polypropylene project in CAIMEP Industrial Park, Ba Dinh Thuan Province, Vietnam.
