Penmann announced a strategic merger with Newsome Ltd, combining their expertise in process cooling, air conditioning, and temperature/humidity control for the UK climate control and HVAC industry.

Penmann Climatic Systems Ltd and Newsome Ltd announced a strategic alliance to combine their expertise in HVAC, temperature and humidity control solutions for the UK industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. The collaboration will operate under a single group structure.
