Coatings & Adhesives Corp.

The INX Group Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sakata INX, has completed the acquisition of Coatings & Adhesives Corporation (C&A), a specialty coatings company in North America. The newly formed entity, INX International Coatings and Adhesives, will operate as a sister company alongside INX International Ink Co.

SAKATA INX CORPORATION, through its U.S. subsidiary, established INX International Coatings and Adhesives Co. and acquired all businesses and related assets of Coatings & Adhesives Corporation, a North American coatings manufacturer with $86 million in revenue.
