AQF Medical

UFP Technologies has agreed to buy AQF Medical, a manufacturer of foam and thermoplastic components for medical devices, for EUR 43 million (USD 48 million). The acquisition is expected to add complementary capabilities and support UFP's expansion outside the U.S.
