Intan Group

SCG Packaging completed the 75% share acquisition of Intan Group, an Indonesian corrugated container producer, on August 13, 2021, for 822 billion rupiah upfront through a joint venture with Rengo.

SCG Packaging signed a share purchase agreement on May 10, 2021 to acquire 75% of Intan Group, a major Indonesian producer of corrugated containers with four strategic locations.
