Krusinski Construction is general contractor for a $400+ million, 775,000-SF Kraft Heinz consumer packaged goods distribution center under construction at the ChicagoWest Business Center in DeKalb, Illinois. The project was announced in July 2023 and will bring more than 150 jobs.
Austin-based craft beverage packaging maker American Canning signed a long-term lease for a 154,786-square-foot facility at Park 183 in Southeast Austin for a new plant and headquarters. The expansion is planned for 2022.
DrinkPAK signed two additional leases totaling 400,095 square feet across Buildings 3 and 4 at The Center at Needham Ranch in Santa Clarita, bringing its footprint there to 572,419 square feet for a beverage can packaging facility.
