Automotive Tier 1 supplier Angstrom Group acquired Mantle, a San Francisco-based 3D printing startup specializing in metal tooling. The acquisition was announced on October 30, 2025.

Mantle, a metal 3D printing technology company, raised $20 million in a Series C funding round led by Schooner Capital to expand manufacturing operations and develop new capabilities.
