Logicenters and Kitron Sweden have agreed to expand Kitron's factory in Jönköping by approximately 6000 m², bringing total area to about 14000 m² by the second half of 2025.

Ruukki Construction signed an agreement with Logicenters to supply Ruukki LowCarbon sandwich panels and design profiles for a 30,000 m² logistics center in Tampere, Finland. The building is scheduled for completion by end of 2024.
