Voltabox AG signed a purchase agreement to acquire all shares of GMS Electronic Vertriebs GmbH, a distributor of electronic components for medical technology, event technology, industrial automation, and network/communication technology. The consideration includes cash and new shares.

Gebhart Holdings, the holding company behind Metal Source, has purchased the Imperial Aluminum asset in Scottsboro, Alabama, to expand its metals production capabilities in the southern United States.
