ProMach, a leader in processing and packaging machinery, announced the acquisition of MBF, an Italian producer of bottle-filling and closing machines for the wine and spirits industries. MBF, founded in 1997 in Verona, Italy, has over 200 employees and a single manufacturing site in Italy.
