Stuttgart investment firm Finexx acquired all shares of Volpini Verpackungen GmbH Austria, a plastic packaging producer in Spittal an der Drau with about 60 employees and roughly EUR 13 million in annual sales. Financial terms were not disclosed and closing is expected within weeks.
