DH Aerospace

Groupe DCM, a Quebec-based manufacturer of tooling and aerospace parts, has acquired DH Aerospace, which includes Koss Aerospace (large structural components) and Brampton Processing (surface treatment). The acquisition pushes DCM's annual revenue above $100 million, achieving critical size.
