Adani Cementation

ACL has acquired land to set up a 2.5 million tonnes per annum cement plant with a captive jetty at Amba River, Raigad, Maharashtra. It has also commissioned a 1.30 MTPA grinding unit at Dahej, Gujarat, with plans to expand by an additional 1.20 MTPA.

Ambuja Cements, part of Adani Group, signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Penna Cement Industries Ltd (PCIL) at an enterprise value of INR 10,422 crore. The acquisition will be funded through internal accruals and adds 14 MTPA cement capacity.
