Covestro Deutschland AG agreed to acquire Pontacol AG, a Swiss adhesive and film solutions company, from LAS Holding AG. The agreement was signed on June 23, 2025.

Covestro Deutschland AG acquired Pontacol AG, a Swiss manufacturer of multilayer adhesive films, and its subsidiaries in Germany and the USA, from LAS Holding AG. The deal was signed on June 23, 2025.

Covestro has signed an agreement to acquire two Vencorex production sites for HDI derivatives in Rayong, Thailand, and Freeport, Texas, expanding its aliphatics production.

Pontacol AG is investing 1.8 million Swiss francs to expand its production facilities in Schmitten, Freiburg, Switzerland. The project includes upgrading a blow extrusion line and adding a unit for slitting adhesive films.
