Trans-Mit Steel invests $23M to expand Woodstock facility for EV motor steel
Trans-Mit Steel, a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., is investing more than $23 million to expand its Woodstock, Ontario facility for precision slitting of thin gauge steel used in EV motors and transformers. The project is supported by over $3 million in Ontario government funding and will create 17 new jobs.
