CEMENtum signed an investment agreement with Saratov Oblast to build a precast concrete products plant with an investment of 600 million rubles, creating 68 jobs (combined with the cement expansion).

CEMENtum signed an investment agreement with Kaluga Oblast to invest about 4 billion rubles in expanding capacity at its Ferzikovo cement plant, adding 307,000 tonnes of cement per year and creating 23 jobs. Launch is planned for July 2024, with production start in September 2026.
