Vertiv to acquire ThermoKey for heat rejection portfolio
Vertiv has agreed to acquire ThermoKey S.p.A., an Italian provider of heat rejection and heat-exchange technologies, to expand its thermal management portfolio for AI data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed.

IGI Private Equity acquires control of ThermoKey
IGI Private Equity, with co-investors LGT Capital Partners and BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments, will acquire control of ThermoKey S.p.A., an HVAC-R heat exchanger manufacturer based in Rivarotta, Italy. Giuseppe Visentini will retain 5% and continue as CEO.
