Bolton

Bolton Adhesives will construct a new state-of-the-art production facility at the Rheinmünster Chemical Park in Germany. The plant, designed for sustainability and automation, is expected to be operational by the end of 2027.

Bolton, through its Bolton Adhesives division, has acquired Repair Care International, a Dutch company specializing in sustainable wood repair and maintenance solutions.

Bolton acquired Unipak, a Danish supplier of adhesives and chemical consumables, strengthening its presence in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
