Yokogawa Electric Corporation has acquired BaxEnergy, a renewable energy asset management technology company. The acquisition was announced in 2024, with the first encounter in March 2023.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation acquired BaxEnergy, a provider of renewable energy management solutions (REMS) with proven results across 120 GW+ of renewable energy operations in over 40 countries. The acquisition value was not disclosed.

Yokogawa Electric Corporation has completed the acquisition of Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd., one of the largest Indian manufacturers of magnetic flowmeters. The acquisition enables local production of Yokogawa technology in India. Financial terms were not disclosed.
