Schaltag

Helanis AG has acquired the Schaltag Group (including Schaltag AG and Schaltag CZ s.r.o.) and PAVIS Engineering GmbH (including PAVIS Engineering Ibérica SL), a leading supplier of electrical cabinets, electro-mechanical systems, and automation solutions. The acquisition includes all employees and customer/supplier relationships.
